my friend paul is an avid comic / graphic novel collector. i happened to pick up this graphic novel whilst sitting in his room, and became stuck on it. it’s a journal of lucy’s trip to paris accompanied by her mother, in celebration of both their birthdays. not only are the drawings pretty good, but its daringly honest, making an all the more compelling read.
recommended!
